HEREBY ASK AND AUTHORIZES
- The participation of the child in the MATILDE essay contest “Students smash the scene”.
- Mr/Mrs to take pictures or videos of the child
to be used for the MATILDE essay contest entitled ‘Students Smash The Scene, and he/she agrees to grant MATILDE the right to publish or display outputs free of charge on social media and in the official website.
Personal data and outputs can also be used for any kind of other legitimate purposes as long as it is necessary for the MATILDE[1] project, excluding any commercial use. With respect to this, these data can be e.g. recorded, stored, processed, reproduced, exhibited, adapted or being processed, recorded, stored, reproduced, exhibited or adapted by any third party (including by means of scanning or data compression, cuts, cropping, etc.), using any kind of current or future media (including paper, computer, site of communication to the public online, audio-visual, etc.), display or distribution), and by any means (technology) known or unknown to date. The data and output will not be transferred to any third party nor processed in a manner inconsistent with the purposes for which they have been initially collected, without prejudice to any applicable legal provision of any kind – notably in the matter of data retention. This authorization is granted without financial compensation. I understand that I have the right, or the Child has the right, if over the age of judgment, as data subject, to access data relating to him/her, to be informed about the existence and the extent of data processing, to rectify incorrect personal data as the case may be and to oppose further processing on serious and legitimate grounds. [1] MATILDE is a 3-year project funded by EU Horizon 2020, focusing on the impact of migration on the local development of rural and mountain regions. The project develops and tests a transdisciplinary conceptual and methodological framework for a multidimensional assessment of the economic and social impacts of Third Country Nationals (TNCs). The MATILDE #HeartofEurope Photo Contest is the official photo contest organized by the Communcation and Dissemination Board of the project.
