The MATILDE #HeartofEurope photography contest, which visually explores the impact of immigrants in the rural and mountain regions of Europe, has ended.
Since MATILDE is a project that emphasizes the importance of the participatory approach, the winners of the photography competition were not ranked as in a classical competition.
On the other hand, even if it was stated in the competition announcement that 3 contestants would win the workshop award, the winners went to 6.
Here are the names and photos of the winners in alphabetical order:
Six winners will be offered a unique and exclusive online workshop with Opher Thomson, a professional landscape photographer and director of the film ‘The New Wild: Life in the Abandoned Lands’.
Congratulations to the winners and thank you very much to the participants!
