Italian team of the MATILDE and supporting partner of the project, Forum Disuguaglianze Diversità (Forum Disparities and Diversity) organizing together an online meeting on 10 March.

Can foreigners arriving in Italy be considered as a resource for territories resilience and development? Is this particularly true for territories such as rural, mountainous and inner areas? Which are the opportunities and challenges related to inmigration in such territories?

In recent years, MATILDE focused on analysing and assessing the impact of migration in rural and mountain European areas.

After two years of research, together with the Forum Disparities and Diversity, supporting partner of the project, the  MATILDE Italian team is organising the online meeting “Policies And Good Practices To Foster New İnhabitants İnclusion İn Mountain, Rural And İnner Italian Territories”.

The event will be hosted online on the Forum Disuguaglianze Diversità Facebook page. on 10 March at 3 p.m. (Rome time).

This roundtable aims to discuss and validate with national experts, some first findings in terms of policies recommendations to foster TCNs inclusion across the Italian regions.
