Tür an Tür

Tür an Tür is a registered society and has considerable experience of European Union programmes including transnational projects which have developed methods and instruments for the integration of migrants. TaT has experience of issues relating to migration, employment, skills audits and policy and practice development at local, regional and national levels, having already been lead organization for EQUAL national and transnational projects and has undertaken and published research in the areas of migration, integration, skills auditing and employment. TaT was established in 2005 by Tür an Tür – Live and Reside together Association in order to address the new challenges. As an NGO with 60 employees, TaT has taken the responsibility for finding, organizing and implementing projects in areas related to migration and integration.

Anne Güller-Frey

Since 2005 Anne Güller-Frey is working for TaT – in the Network Integration through Qualification (IQ). She is coordinating the transnational work and activities. She has considerable experience with labour market integration issues of migrants and refugees, having done European and international Programs. In EQUAL II she was responsible for the transnational working group „Awarness raising promotion of positive images of migrants“. She is a member of the International Steering Committee of Metropolis and also a member of the Council on Integration of the Bavarian Government.

Besides this, she is working on the topic Intercultural Competence Development, holding a degree as "Intercultural Trainer and Consultant"
